Architecture for the performing arts
Julian works across our portfolio of projects. He specialises in auditorium design, brief writing and concept development. His background in urban masterplanning allows him to place concepts in their wider physical and cultural contexts.
Julian's first theatre project was the Donmar Warehouse
, for Sam Mendes. Since then, he has contributed to many of the team's projects, notably Sadler's Wells
in London, Northern Stage
and Watford Colosseum.
