Lyceum Theatre

We undertook the restoration of this 1887 theatre, described by Sir Peter Hall as "the most beautiful theatre in Britain".

Work included the restoration of its auditorium, complete with delicate rococo plasterwork. The frescos were repainted by Arts Team's Clare Ferraby, who also designed the safety curtain. New foyers were created behind the existing façades and new backstage facilties and rehearsal space were provided.
